Booking Policy

For your peace of mind and comfort, we present the guest manual and terms of stay.

ACCOMMODATION

 

Art. 1 - Accommodation begins from 2:00 pm on the date of your arrival and ends, strictly, at 12:00 pm on the day of your checkout. After this period, an additional amount will be charged.

 

Art. 2 - If you will arrive before 2:00 pm or leave after 12:00 pm, please inform those responsible for the accommodation in advance, so we can check whether there is availability.

 

Art. 3 - If you exceed the checkout limit (12:00 pm), half (50%) of the value of the contracted accommodation will be charged until 4:00 pm; and if you exceed this time, the amount charged will be equivalent to one contracted daily rate.

 

RECEIPT AND RETURN OF KEYS

 

Art. 4 - Upon arriving at Jardim das Bromélias Vilas e Reserva, you will receive a set of keys for the rented bungalow(s), which will remain under your responsibility during your stay.

 

Art. 5 - When leaving (checkout), the set of keys must be returned to the caretaker of Jardim das Bromélias.

 

Sole paragraph - Failure to return the keys will result in a charge of R$40.00 (forty reais) per key, to cover the necessary replacement.

 

PROPERTY CONSERVATION

 

Art. 6 - The guest undertakes to keep the bungalow(s), as well as the furniture, appliances, decorative items, bed, table and bath linens, and other household utensils of the rented unit(s), in the same condition as received, so that they can be rented again at the end of the rental period. The guest also undertakes to take care of them, adopting rational and balanced behavior in the consumption of electricity and water, turning off, after use, electrical equipment such as TV, air conditioning, and internal and external lights of the houses.

 

Art. 7 - Upon departure (checkout), an inspection of the bungalow(s) may be carried out. If the property(ies) are excessively soiled (stains, grease, blood, paint, mud, etc.), we will need more time and more products to clean them, resulting in an extra expense to return them to the same conditions in which you found them upon entering. For this reason, a fine of 50% of the accommodation value (current rate table) will be charged.

 

Art. 8 - In the event of damage to or loss of objects, the amount of the damage caused or the lost object will be added to the expenses.

 

Art. 9 - If you stay alone in the bungalow and soil (use) both beds in the rented unit, an additional amount will be charged as if you had rented for 2 people.

 

RESERVATIONS

 

Art. 10 - All reservations are preferably confirmed via e-mail. Your reservation will be guaranteed until 8:00 pm on the scheduled arrival day (check-in). After this time, it will be automatically canceled.

 

Sole paragraph - We charge advance amounts to guarantee the reservation (min. 50%).

 

COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP

 

Art. 11 - Contracts for the reservation of accommodations and lodging must always be evidenced by written documents, consisting of:

 

1st - exchange of correspondence (including via WhatsApp or e-mail) between those responsible for the accommodation, or their representatives, and the guest, or the contracted tourism agent.

 

Art. 12 - Payment may be made via PIX or bank transfer.

 

Art. 13 - The service offered refers to the seasonal rental of one or more of our bungalow units, and other services necessary for guests.

 

1st - The provision of the service has a direct relationship with the guest and/or the company responsible for settling the expenses arising from contracting the accommodation service.

 

CHILDREN, TEENAGERS AND EXTRA BEDS

 

Art. 14 - An extra bed for an adult or child is charged an additional amount.

 

Art. 15 - The accommodation of minors under eighteen years of age may only be carried out upon presentation of documentation or express authorization from parents or guardians, subject to penalties under Law No. 8,069, dated 07/13/1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute).

 

Art. 16 - Children must sleep with disposable diapers or disposable mattress protectors brought by the parents, to avoid damage to mattresses, bed linens and/or bath linens of the apartments.

 

ACCOMMODATION RATES, FEES AND EXTRA ITEMS

 

Art. 17 - Our price is established according to the period of use, the category and the number of occupants in our bungalows.

 

Art. 18 - One set of bed sheets and one set of bath and beach towels are provided for each suite.

 

Art. 19 - Extra kitchen and cleaning services are contracted and paid separately from the rental price.

 

BREAKFAST

 

Art. 20 - Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price.

 

Art. 21 - If breakfast service is available and the service is agreed upon between the parties, an extra charge per person will apply, according to the current rate table.

 

1st - Children up to 5 years old do not pay for breakfast.

 

2nd - Children from 6 to 10 years old pay 50% of the informed amount.

 

3rd - From 11 years old onwards, 100% of the daily breakfast rate is charged.

 

Art. 22 - Breakfast will be served according to the information provided by those responsible for the accommodation.

 

RESPONSIBILITY FOR VALUABLES AND PERSONAL ITEMS

 

Art. 23 - We are not responsible for objects or belongings left in common areas of the property or for valuables or money left in the bungalow(s).

 

Art. 24 - Guests are requested to keep their luggage closed when leaving the property(ies).

 

Art. 25 - Jardim das Bromélias Vilas e Reserva does not offer a safe.

 

Art. 26 - In the guest’s absence, the bungalow(s) must remain locked and the key(s) under the responsibility of the guest(s).

 

PARKING

 

Art. 27 - We have two small parking areas, with limited spaces. They are open and free of charge, and not covered by insurance.

 

Art. 28 - Guests are asked to keep their vehicle closed and locked, not leaving objects or valuables inside vehicles in the parking area, thus avoiding damage, theft and robbery, as well as future inconvenience.

 

Art. 29 - Jardim das Bromélias Vilas e Reserva is not responsible for any types of damage that may occur to the vehicle.

 

ROOM TIDYING

 

Art. 30 - Cleaning and tidying of the bungalow(s) will be carried out whenever the stay includes more than one daily rate, from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.

 

Art. 31 - In continuous occupancy, bed, bath and beach linens will be changed every 5 (five) days.

 

1st - If there is a need to change bed linens or bath and beach towels before the stipulated time, an extra charge of R$100 (one hundred reais) per suite will apply.

 

Art. 32 - Room linens (sheet, pillowcase, blanket, bedspread, sink towel, face towel or bath towel, and bathroom mat), if used to clean shoes, hair dyeing, makeup, or other purposes that damage the item, or increase the normal dirtiness from its use (shoe marks, blood, among others), will be charged at the value of the item that is used/damaged, or the amount corresponding to sanitizing and cleaning.

 

Art. 33 - To maintain the quality of bed and bath linens, as well as furniture and equipment, we need to charge guests when these are damaged or excessively soiled.

 

Art. 34 - We request maximum care with the objects, bed/bath linens, furniture and utensils that belong to our property, which are intended to provide guests with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, missing items or loss will be charged to the guest.

 

VISITORS

 

Art. 35 - The arrival of third parties, not staying on our property, must be previously informed to those responsible for the accommodation.

 

Art. 36 - Overnight stays by visitors who are not paying for accommodation are expressly prohibited.

 

1st - The overnight stay of one or more unauthorized visitors will result in a fine of 50% of the bungalow daily rate.

 

FORGOTTEN ITEMS

 

Art. 37 - Forgotten items will be kept in custody for a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the checkout date. After this period, Jardim das Bromélias may dispose of them as it sees fit.

 

PROHIBITIONS

 

Art. 38 - It is expressly prohibited:

 

I - Smoking on the premises of the bungalow(s), including on the veranda(s).

 

II - Using sound equipment in the common areas of the property and parking area. Please respect other guests by
