Guest Service
Our team is available to assist you daily from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Should any need arise outside of this period, our caretakers remain on duty and can be contacted for urgent situations.
Breakfast
Mornings at Jardim das Bromélias are always delicious.
Our breakfast is served daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, so you can wake up at your own pace and enjoy this moment calmly.
Bungalow Housekeeping
Our team performs daily cleaning and tidying of the bungalows between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (noon).
If you wish to have this service after this time, the Jardim das Bromélias team will assess the possibility of providing it, taking into account the daily work routine and other demands of the space.
Linens and care during your stay
Every detail of Jardim das Bromélias was thought out to provide comfort, warmth, and well-being during your stay. Therefore, we also rely on your care to preserve everything that makes this place so special.
Bed linens and towels are changed according to the length of your stay:

Up to 7 nights: changes are made only when necessary;

10 nights: change on the 5th day;

15 nights: change on the 7th day.
Should you wish an additional change, it can be requested for a fee of R$ 250 per kit.
As we are located within a preserved area of the Atlantic Forest, this policy is part of our commitment to sustainability and the conscious use of natural resources.
To maintain the quality of our linens, we ask that bed sheets and towels be used exclusively for their intended purpose. If they are damaged due to improper use, such as cleaning shoes, dyes, makeup, or other situations that compromise their preservation, a charge of R$ 100 per piece will be applied.
We also ask that beach and bath towels remain on the premises of Jardim das Bromélias throughout your stay.
Likewise, furniture, utensils, and property objects were carefully chosen to make your experience even more comfortable. In case of damage, breakage, loss, or misplacement, a charge corresponding to the value of the item may be applied.
